After much speculation, we finally know the various levels of reduction in Government spending for the coming years. Although there are many opinions regarding how we will each be affected, there can be little doubt that the cutbacks will touch almost every corner of our lives.

A fundamental part of Government strategy is the need for a vibrant private sector and a positive reaction from the markets has been very encouraging. With the Spending Review now officially in place, we will therefore be contacting you shortly to discuss proposed changes in the asset allocation of your portfolio.

The ‘Big Society’ has been a heavily promoted theme of the Coalition Government. However, we envisage that looking after one’s own future will also loom large… arguably to an even greater extent than we might have anticipated just a few years ago.

Whatever type of ‘funding’ you have in mind, it is vital that you fully understand your position and whether you will actually have sufficient resources to support your lifestyle.

Helping you understand your finances is what we do best… so please take advantage of our experience and feel free to discuss your particular circumstances and needs.
